"Therefore welcome one another as Christ has welcomed you"
We understand that visiting a church can be awkward because you don’t know what to expect, and maybe, you have concerns about what is expected of you. At Truth we will just be happy to have you come as you are and join with us as we worship God and study His word. We want to be a place within the community of Thamesford where people can feel free to ask questions and find answers to life’s deepest questions. We are a community of believers devoted to Jesus Christ and we invite you to be a part of that relationship. For more on what we believe you can check out our What we believe page. You can also listen to our sermons online.
What to expect
If you visit us on a Sunday morning, we have a service that begins at 10 am and includes singing and a message from the bible. There will be friendly people, maybe even someone you know, and an opportunity to get to know people better at our after-service coffee.
What is expected of you
There is no dress code and no “hidden fees.” There are no expectations on our part. You are our guest and we will do our best to treat you like one. Our only concern is that we are able to serve God in this community more effectively and in order to do that we want to serve you.
Should I bring my kids?
Yes, absolutely bring your children! There is a nursery for newborn babies up to one year old. We have our Truth Tykes program for children ages 1 to SK and our Truth Kids program for children in grade 1 to 5. For more information on our children’s programs you can visit our Ministries page.
